Alan Davies, 80, of Palmer Street, Plattsburgh, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at his home. He was born in Lebanon, PA on June 7, 1945 the son of Ralph, Jr. and Amy (Burke) Davies.

Alan proudly served in the Air Force. He was a computer programmer at IBM, an avid New York Yankee fan, and a lover of animals, especially his dear feline friend, Lafayette.

Survivors include his wife, Christina Davies; daughters, Tara (James) Cangé and Kathleen (Ryan) Hamilton; grandchildren, Jason, Ella, and Nolan; brother-in-law, Joseph (Denise) Davies; sisters-in-law, Jessica (Robert) Charland and Debbie Davies; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Amy and brother-in-law, Kenneth A. Davies.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 11:00 to 12:00pm at St. Bernard's Church in Lyon Mountain. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 pm (Noon). A reception will follow at the Lyon Mountain American Legion. Burial will be private for the family at Riverside Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
