PLATTSBURGH – Amy Lynn Nephew, age 52, loving mother of three daughters passed peacefully January 17th, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. She was dedicated to several societies and organizations throughout her lifetime such as the MS society, Senior Citizens Council, and Girl Scouts to name a few. Her fondest memories were when she was surrounded by her family and friends. She was persistently selfless and had a smile that would light up a whole room. Throughout her MS battle, her bravery, strength, and perseverance never went unnoticed. As a mother and grandmother, she was extremely patient, supportive, generous and loving - always putting us first. Our mother touched so many lives- she surely made a mark on this world.

We know that we can't have you but we're happy knowing that the angels have finally got you back. Goodbye to a wonderful woman and a beautiful mother.

Amy was survived by her three daughters and their spouses, Brittney and Adam, Chelsey and Keon, and Rihanna. Her three grandchildren, Makenna, Kynslee, and Layten. Her mother and father, Donna and Jerry. Her four siblings and their spouses, Kim and Scott, Brenda and Gene, Alan and Sandy, and Tammy and Bill. Her boyfriend Dan and his two sons Nick and Daniel.

Amy was predeceased by both maternal and paternal grandparents, several aunts and uncles and cousins.

Calling hours for those who would like to say their goodbyes are on Saturday, January 22nd from 10:00 am to 12 pm, with closing prayers at noon at R.W. Walker Funeral Home. Donation in her memory may be made to the MS Society.
