Bonita Cecelia Anderegg, 75, of Mannix Rd. Peru.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.  She put up a strong fight with many health issues and finally lost her battle January 2, 2021 at CVPH. She was born May 22, 1945 to the late Wallace and Hazel (Lucia) Lafave.

Bonny was strong, proud, sassy, and spunky with a sense of humor only a few people would understand. One of the funniest things  that she would say to make others laugh is "how do you like me now?"She was caring and compassionate and would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, gardening, and having a few cold ones while listening to her  old country music.

She is survived by her longtime companion, Alvin Wood; brother, Walter (Julia) Lafave; sisters, Kathy (Dennis)Tetreault, Caroline (Johnny) Febo, Roxina (Dean) Fischer, Debbie (John) Denton; 4 children, Tracy (Corron) Coryea, Tonya Corron, Dean Corron, and Brad Corron. She will be especially missed by her nieces, nephews, and grandchildren to whom thought the world of her and called her NANA. Terrianna Brumfield and her daughter Tatiyana, Nicole Abshire, Zachary Coupal, Joshua, Nathan, Erika, Hannah, Dean, Aalayah, Wesley, Jacob, Jaqueline Corron and many other great grandchildren.

She is predeceased by a brother, Timothy Paul, and her beloved sister Arlene Chellis.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Red and Cathy Desotell for being a good friend and neighbor for many years.
