Brenda Trombley, 66, of the Burke Rd., Beekmantown, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at CVPH Medical Center.

She was born in Plattsburgh on January 16, 1960 the daughter of Albert and Eleanor (Garrow) Trombley.

Brenda married Goh “Nick” Hor on January 16, 2000 at her home in Beekmantown.

Her laughter and smile would fill a room. She never asked or expected anything more than the love of family and friends. All the small things in life brought her the greatest pleasures. Brenda enjoyed taking care of her home, her family and her four-legged pups. She took great pride in always making you welcome and sharing her beautiful gardens with you. When you went to her home you were always welcomed with a beautiful smile and the need to show you her beautiful gardens that she took such great pride in. She loved playing cards and going to bingo with family and special friends. She touched the hearts of so many.

Brenda’s passing will leave a void that will be felt by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband, Goh “Nick” Hor; her son Ben Trombley and his fiancé Alexa; her sisters Starr Maliniak-Lemay and her husband Curtis, Tina Trombley Goslow and her husband Mike; nieces and nephews, Angela, (Jason), Alissa (Dan), Aaron, (Nicole) Josh, Heather Tenaya, Amanda, and Kelly Dragoon her adopted niece; great nieces and nephews, Brooke, Lexi, Reese, Claire, Elliott, Oliver and Ryder.

Brenda was predeceased by her parents, her brother, Albert Trombley Jr. her sister and brother-in-law Penny and Scott Venne.

A Graveside service will be held for family and friends at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in West Chazy at a time to be announced.
