PLATTSBURGH---Christa Hogh, 88, of Flynn Avenue, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at the Clinton County Nursing Home. She was born in Denmark on May 14, 1925. Christa married Knud Hogh and they had resided on Cumberland Head.. She and her husband owned and operated several businesses over the past years, including the Shoremont Motel on Route 9 North and The Sundance Motel in Plattsburgh. They had also operated the Airport Limo Service for a number of years. Survivors include one son, Lars Hogh and his wife Tina; two grandchildren, Brandon Hogh and Natasha Hogh; and one great-grandchild, Ladainian. Christa was predeceased by her husband on January 9, 2005, and by one daughter, Lisa Hogh. There will be no public calling hours or funeral services. Burial will take place in George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery in Paramus, NJ, with her husband and daughter. Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice Care of the North Country. Arrangements have been entrusted in to the care of the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
