MORRISONVILLE- Claude J. Marshall, 78, of Mason St. Morrisonville, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on New Year's Eve.
He was born in Malone on October 29, 1942 the son of Harold and Olga (Labelle) Marshall.
Claude attended Franklin Academy, graduating from Peru Central School. After, he joined the Air Force and was honorably discharged. Claude was proud to be veteran. It was there that he learned his lifelong trade and worked as an electrician for 38 years. He was hard working and extremely dedicated. In life and in work he always wanted to do it the right way. His cat Miley, was his world, he really enjoyed her company. His family was very important to him. To quote him, "I'm a gonna" miss him.
Survivors include two sisters, Louesa (Sally) Turner, Beth and husband Bill Groshans; Uncle to 4 nieces and 1 nephew.
He was predeceased by his parents and brother-in-law Darwin Turner.
A private graveside service will be held in the spring at Schuyler Falls Cemetery.
