- Codi Smithers, 22, of Second Street, passed away, Sunday, February 10, 2019.
He was born in Colorado Springs, CO on November 25, 1996, son of Christopher Smithers and Shari Dufour.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 19th from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
