PLATTSBURGH – Dale T. Shea, 59, of Colby Rd., passed away Thursday, October 22, 2026 at his home with his family.

He was born in Plattsburgh on November 23, 1966 the son of Jacques and Beatrice (Agoney) Shea.

Dale worked many different jobs through out his life, from truck driver, taxi driver or delivery driver.

He married Tami Crossley on December 20, 2001.

Survivors include his wife, Tami; sons, James Crossley, Jonathan Eagle; daughters, Ashley (Jason) LaPorte, Candice Murphy, Felicia Tourville, Savannah Kesick; brother Jacques Shea Jr.; grandchildren, Ethan LaPorte, Kayla LaPorte, Haley LaPorte, Hannah LaPorte, Sarah LaPorte, Baylee LaPorte, Evelyn Ackey, Emilee Perkins, Julia McClatchie, Easton LaPorte, Wesley LaPorte; several nieces and nephews.

Dale was predeceased by mother Beatrice Shea, sister Cathrine Pelkey and son-in-law Donald Tourville.

A Celebration of Dale’s Life will be held on November 23, 2026 at a time and place to be announced.
