BLACK BROOK— David John Lessor passed away on November 7, 2023 following a long illness.

He is survived by his wife, Heidi Haselton Lessor; two sons, Jacob Lessor of Keeseville and Justin Lessor and his wife Noel, and three grandchildren, Damien, Piper, and Parker Lessor all of Malone; two sisters, Maggie Springer of Burlington, Vermont and Kathy Spancake and her husband Greg of Crossville, TN.

He was predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Fidelia "Dee" Lessor of Plattsburgh.

David was retired from the City of Plattsburgh's City Engineering Office where he worked for 32 years. He was a member of the Sons of the Legion, Post 1619. Hunting, Fishing and being outdoors on their beautiful property were among his greatest pleasures. He will be missed by family and friends. A Special thanks to the 5th floor staff for their caring and their compassion.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
