PLATTSBURGH- Donna M. Williams, 63, of Flynn Ave., passed away Wednesday October 16, 2019 at CVPH Medical Center.

She was born on August 31, 1956 in St. Albans VT, the daughter of Wayne and Venus (Higgins) Harvey.

Donna was a US Navy veteran serving from 1982 to 1986.

Survivors include her children, Donald and Barbara Boutah II of Dexter, MD, and Danielle Boutah of Yorktown, VA; siblings, Carl and Rhonda Harvey, Kris Harvey and companion Lesli Nichols, Raen Harvey and companion Leo Guerin; grandchildren Elizabeth Hill and Daniel Boutah; a niece Kassie Harvey and nephew Russell Harvey.

A celebration of Life will be private for the family at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
