PLATTSBURGH- Dorothy M. Mehan, 93, died July 15, 2019. She was born on September 18, 1925 the daughter of Lawrence and Bertha (Conroy) Murtagh.
A graveside service will be private for the family at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, Plattsburgh.
