MORRISONVILLE – Frederick "Fred" C. Trim, Sr., 87, of Flat Rock Road, passed away on September 4, 2023.

He was born on August 20, 1936, son of Gerald and Mary (Austin) Trim.

Fred married the former Carolyn Daust on April 6, 1957 in Plattsburgh. Carolyn predeceased him earlier this year on April 4, 2023.

Fred worked for Quality Mobile Homes for many years as a mobile home repairman.

Survivors include his sons, Fred (Roxanne) Trim, Jr., Dale (Peggy) Trim, Randy (Pam) Trim; daughters, Gloria Trim and Mary (Steve) Dubuque; sister, Marjorie Durgan; grandchildren, Ronald Taylor, Travis Taylor, Brandi Nichols, Jason Teller, Carol Lagrave, Dale McKee, Glenn Trim, Dale Trim, Christina Murphy and Tori Trim and several great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ralph Daust, Kenneth (Melissa) Daust, Mark Daust, and Janet Mitchell;  and several nieces and nephews.

He also leaves behind his beloved sheltie Trevor along with numerous friends who he met over the years through the North Country Classic Cruisers.

He was predeceased by his parents;  grandson, Keith "Peanut" Nolan;  and brothers, Eugene, Bill, and Albert Trim.

A graveside service will be in St. Alexander's Cemetery at a later date.
