Obituary

Ginger Drollette left this world on Thursday, December 11, 2025, surrounded by loved ones in Burlington Hospital.
Born Ginger Katherine Gorman in Plattsburgh on May 2, 1939, Ginger resided for most of her life on Route 374 with her husband Phillip, a former Plattsburgh Town Justice, who predeceased her in 1991.
She worked for many years at the MH Fishman 5 and 10 Cent Store, where she was happy to know just about everyone who walked in the door. Ginger loved to line dance, dine out at Burgher King, and spend time with her friends at the VFW and American Legion.
She was also known to frequent the occasional casino with her niece Debbie Rock Kennedy of East Durham NY.
She lived near her late husband's brother Jerry, who with his late wife looked after Ginger for the last three decades.
She was pre-deceased by sisters Audrey, Mollie, Joyce, and brothers Richard and Teddy.  Ginger is survived by Jerry, Debi, her nephew Ricky Gorman, their families, as well as her numerous nieces and nephews from around the country.
Calling Hours will be Monday, December 29, 10:00-11:00 am, at R.W. Walker Funeral Home, with the funeral service following immediately thereafter.
