PLATTSBURGH – Harvey Blanchard, 70, of Plattsburgh, passed away, Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the Clinton County Nursing Home.  He was born in Plattsburgh on January 18, 1951, son of Arthur and Esther (Duell) Blanchard.  Visitation will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.  Burial will follow in Cadyville Protestant Cemetery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh, NY.
