PLATTSBURGH- Jackie Kuhlsen age 78 passed away peacefully after a long illness on September 5, 2024.  Jackie was born on April 4, 1946 the daughter of John and Elsie Kuhlsen.

Jackie graduated from Beekmantown Central School. She worked at Price Chopper for several years.

Jackie is best remembered for her love for her son Stevie whom she cherished and devoted her life to.

She was an avid sports fan and her favorite teams were the New York Yankees and college hockey especially the PSUC men's and women's hockey where she attended all the home games. She made many friends among the players.

She is also remembered for her outgoing personality and made friends wherever she went. If she knew you, you were her friend.

She loved attending all events Plattsburgh had to offer.

Jackie is survived by her son. Stevie Kuhlsen, sister Dorothy Cobb, nephews Mark John Cobb and Stephen Cobb.

She was predeceased by her brother-in-law Mark Cobb and parents

The family would like to thank all her friends and PSUC hockey teams for their friendship they shared with Jackie. It meant the world to her.

Calling hours will be Monday September 9, 2024 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at R. W. Walker Funeral Home. Burial will be Tuesday 10am Riverside Cemetery
