PLATTSBURGH ---- James M. "Jim Bob" Phaneuf, 56, of Margaret St. passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Plattsburgh on January 30, 1962, the son of Donald and Geraldine (Sullivan) Phaneuf. James was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge 2390 since 2001. He enjoyed buying and selling antique furniture and watching football and hockey in his spare time.

Survivors include two brothers, Donny and Kim Phaneuf of Plattsburgh, Shawn and Shellie Phaneuf of Bartlett, TN; a sister, Brenda and Todd DuShane of Crown Point; sister-in-law Gloria Phaneuf; 5 nieces and 7 nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, his stepmother Eileen Phaneuf and a brother, William M. Phaneuf.

A private graveside service will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
