MORRISONVILLE--- Jane "Peanut" Agnew, 88, of Mason St. Morrisonville, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025 at CVPH Medical Center.

She was born in Altona, NY on March 15, 1937 the daughter of Joseph and Malina (Brean) Turner.

Jane married Edward N. Agnew on April 16, 1955 in Morrisonville. She enjoyed camping with her husband and family at Monty's Bay Campsite for 42 years.

Survivors include her son, Edward "Grit" Agnew, Jr., and his wife Melody of Morrisonville; her daughter, Rebecca and her husband David Martin of Coco Beach FL; grandchildren, Heidi Agnew, Shawn (Jordan) Agnew, Kari-Lynn Agnew; great-grandchildren, Hazel, Izabella, Arianna and Abel.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, a daughter June Agnew, great-granddaughter Hanna Agnew.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Graveside service will follow at  St. Alexander's Cemetery in Morrisonville.
