CADYVILLE – Jeffery Lee Blanchard, 57, passed away, January, 20, 2024.

He was born in Plattsburgh on March 17, 1966, son of Harlie and Anne (Wright) Blanchard.

People with disabilities have needs and a right to have those needs met, and will, if they are fortunate.  Jeffery was not fortunate.

Seen by the family by an unknown author, "Beneath every behavior there is a feeling.  And beneath each feeling is a need.  And when we meet that need rather than focus on the behavior, we begin to deal with the cause, not the symptom.

Jeffery is survived by his sister, Juanita Blanchard and her husband, Gordon Tourville;  nephews, Ronald J. Morrow II, Jeremy J. Morrow, and Joshua M. Morrow (Mallory Supley);  and great-niece, Kamryn Ireland Morrow.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
