Rouses Point- Jess Hurst, 48, of Rouses Point, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019 at his residence under the care of Hospice of the North Country. He was born November 3, 1971 in Bartow, Florida, the son of Edward and Delfina (Siler) Hurst.
