Jessica L. Morrow, 39, of Plattsburgh, passed away on July 1, 2024.

She was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on May 21, 1985 the daughter of Donald Dillon and Verna Demchak Devins.

Jessica is survived by her daughter, Angela L. Morrow; brothers, James M. Hughes, Jr. and Eugene W. Devins, Jr; sisters, Melissa D. Dillon and Amanda L. (Martineau) Devins, step-father, Eugene W. Devins, Sr., sister-in-law, Amanda Devins and brother-in-law, Brian L. Martineau. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents and maternal grandmother, Verna Demchak and also several aunts and uncles.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024 from 4 to 6 pm at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
