Jimmy Clenney, 64, of Montana Drive, Plattsburgh, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026. He was born in Donalsonville Ga. on July 16, 1961 the son of W. D. and Mary (Givens) Clenney.

Jimmy was a hardworking man, working as a diesel mechanic, retiring from Clark’s Truck Center in Plattsburgh.

Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Susan Clenney of Plattsburgh; his daughter and her husband, Martina Sheuring and Michael Sheuring; his son and his wife, Jimmy Clenney Jr. and Stephanie Clenney; Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grand Children; his siblings RoseLee and Ricky McCall, Glen and Jackie Clenney, Lynn and Roger Ezell, Wayne and Brenda Clenney, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, W.D. and Mary Clenney, Siblings Doris Watson and Darlene Ingram.

A Memorial Service will be held in Colquitt, Georgia on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Colquitt Freewill Baptist Church from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 11:00am at the United Methodist Church in Plattsburgh.
