KEESEVILLE, NY – Josephine P. Baker, 66, of Grove St., Keeseville passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022. She was born in Plattsburgh the daughter of Joseph and Pauline (Heffren) White.

Josephine attended Notre Dame, graduated from Beekmantown Central School and attended Clinton Community College.

She married Roger Baker April 22, 1978 in Plattsburgh. Josephine belonged to the UFCW Union local 1 and lasted worked as a cashier in food services for the ARC.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren, she also enjoyed painting, cooking and working on puzzles.

Survivors include her children Jeffry (Sarah Dupee) Owens, Stephen Baker, Roger (Penny) Baker, Kenny (Bilania) Baker, William (Rebecca) Baker, Ronnie (Tracey) Baker, Tammy (Gary) LaMarche, Tina (Tom) Ales; brothers and sisters-in-law Joseph White, II, Virginia (Christian) King, Laura Baker Decker; 29 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Josephine was predeceased by her parents, mother and father-in-law, husband, Roger and son Joseph.

Graveside services will be held at a later date at St. John's Cemetery in Keeseville.
