PLATTSBURGH--- Joyce M. Bouvia, 88, of Flynn Avenue, passed away, June 27, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Plattsburgh on February 27, 1931, the daughter of Earl and Beatrice (Beauharnois) Hall.

Joyce married Gerald Bouvia on July 10, 1993 in Plattsburgh.

She worked for over 30 years at Diamond International until her retirement. Joyce enjoyed playing bingo, she was an avid Yankees fan, and loved to watch the Game Show Network. Most of all was her love for family. Joyce loved being surrounded by her family and making special memories with them.

Survivors include her children, Ricky (Sue) Stone of Belden, MS, Robert (Cheryle) Stone, Sr. of Navarre, FL, Ralph (Bobby Jo) Stone, Jr. of Ft. Walton, FL, Deborah Benscoter of Mascoutah, IL, Pamela (Wendell) Hughes of Plattsburgh, and Jan Reeves of Plattsburgh; her brother, Robert (Beverly) Hall, Sr. of Plattsburgh; 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Joyce was predeceased by her parents and husband, Gerald.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019 at 11 a.m. in St. Peter's Cemetery, Plattsburgh.
