Judith A. Judge, 82, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Meadowbrook Healthcare. She was born December 28, 1943, the daughter of Andrew Kleer and Helen Allshouse.

Judy graduated from Bushwick High School in Brooklyn. It brought her great joy to be part of the foster grandparent’s program at Bailey Ave Elementary School. Judy was a devout Christian and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Plattsburgh. She was involved with the Senior Citizens Council of Clinton County and loved taking walks when she was able to. Judy also loved to read and do puzzles. Many would say she was a scrabble aficionado!

Survivors include her children, Richard (Tarra) Judge, Paul (Kristin) Judge, and Janine (Reginald) Dupree; grandchildren, Reginald Dupree Jr., Matthew Dupree, Jacklyn Judge Neary, Paul Judge Jr., Joseph Judge, and Jacob Judge; nine great-grandchildren; and three nieces.

She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Helen Kleer; her sister, Andrea Warren and brother-in-law, Michael Warren.

Calling hours will be held from 10:00AM to 12:00PM on Monday, September 21, 2026 at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A brief funeral service will follow at 12:00PM in the funeral home chapel, celebrated by Rev. Timothy Luoma. Burial will follow with committal prayers in St. Joseph's Cemetery in West Chazy.

Memorial donations may be made to the Meals on Wheels Program.
