Kenneth (Ken) Charles Rascoe peacefully entered eternal rest in Tampa, Florida, on January 9, 2025, at the age of 84.

Ken was born on January 11, 1940, in Plattsburgh, New York. His parents, Eileen Barker and Francis Rascoe raised Ken alongside his three sisters, Louise, Genevieve and Veronica and his brother, Herman.

Ken is survived by his wife of 63 years, Wanda Rascoe, his son Timothy Rascoe (Caroline), daughter Patricia Goulden (Stuart), grandchildren Stephanie Maynard, Andrea Maynard, Allison Goulden, Amanda Goulden, Megan Goulden, Sean Rascoe, and Madalyn Rascoe and great-grandchild Roisin Martin Maynard. Kenneth was predeceased by his daughter Rose Mary Rascoe Maynard, as well as his parents and siblings.

A hardworking and dedicated businessman, Ken owned and operated Rascoe Brothers Electric with his brother Herman for many years before continuing his work with his own company, Ken Rascoe Electric. Ken was an alum of Saint John's High School in Plattsburgh, where he developed lifelong friendships and strong values. A devout Catholic, he was a committed parishioner of Saint John's Catholic Church. Ken was also an active member of the Knights of Columbus, including serving as Grand Knight. Additionally, he belonged to the Elk's Club and the Masonic Lodge.

In 2011, Ken and Wanda relocated to Emerald Pointe RV Resort in Zephyrhills, Florida.

Ken's life was marked by his deep love for his family and his joy in spending time with them. Every summer, he took his children and grandchildren on camping trips, creating treasured memories. He also found great joy in golfing and traveling across the country in his motor home.

While Ken may no longer be with us in person, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to know him. His kindness, generosity, and commitment to his family and community will never be forgotten.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, June 20, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Peter's Cemetery in Plattsburgh, followed by a reception at Butcher Block.
