PLATTSBURGH – Lana Putnam, 67, of South Platt Street, passed away, May 27, 2022 at the Vermont Respite Home in Colchester, VT.

She was born in Plattsburgh on February 12, 1955, daughter of Gerald and Mollie (Long) Putnam.

Lana enjoyed doing arts and crafts and cooking.  She also loved spending time with her loyal canine companions.

Lana was a communicant of the North Country Alliance Church.

Survivors include her children, Aaron David LaFountain and April Davis; sister, Lynn Miller and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the North Country Alliance Church, New York Road, Plattsburgh.  A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m.
