CHAMPLAIN – Lisa Trombley, 57, of Ridge Road, passed away, August 28, 2023.

She was born on March 28, 1966, daughter of Donald and Beverly (Garrand) Dube.

Lisa worked as a mail carrier in Schuyler Falls for many years.  She then went on to work at the Plattsburgh Air Force Base and then at the Wyeth facility in Rouses Point.

Lisa was a master gardener and loved caring for her flowers.  She was also well known for her cookies which she loved to bake for her family and friends.

Above all else was the love for her family.  She was a loving and caring daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and friend.  Lisa's grandchildren were the love of her life and the memories of their time spent together will forever remain in their hearts.

Survivors include her sons, Christopher Wright and Bradley (Christy) Wright;  her mother, Beverly Dube;  brothers, Scott (Nancy) Dube and Steven (Tammy) Dube;  sister, Camilla Dube (Rodney Duprey);  and grandchildren, Austin Wright, Ashton Wright, and Liliahna Wright.  Lisa also leaves behind her former husband and father of her children, Danny Wright;  former husband and close friend, Todd Trombley;  longtime friends, Karen Richards and Debbie Hemmingway;  her loving canine companion, Lexi;  nieces and nephews, Joshua Dube, Ryan Manion, Lauren Dube, Parker Favreau, Kasey Dube;  and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was predeceased by her father, Donald Dube and son, Craig Wright.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the nurses, doctors, and staff at the CVPH Medical Center, including Dawn Freeman and Kevin Sweetwater.  The compassion and care they provided to Lisa and her family in her final days will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 31st from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.

Funeral services for Lisa will be private for the immediate family, relatives and close friends.
