CHAZY--Louis Izzo, passed peacefully on November 17, 2023 surrounded by his children he was 93.  He was born in White Plains NY on November 1, 1930 the son of Frank and Dioniggia (Minucci) Izzo.  He was a longtime employee of Westchester Community college in Valhalla NY prior to moving to Chazy NY where he worked until retirement at Giroux Poultry company.  After retirement he moved to Rouses Point NY, where he enjoyed bike riding, long car rides to visit various family and friends, sharing an occasional glass of wine and good Italian food, he also enjoyed gardening.

Louis is survived by his daughters Terry Ryan and husband Michael of Lagrangeville NY, Tina Pilon and husband Richard of Chazy NY; his son Dominick of West Chazy NY; a sister Ginger Treppeda of Pennsylvania.  He is also survived by grandchildren Jennifer Ryan, Michelle (Ryan) Lisowski, Michael Ryan Jr., Richard, Joseph, Joshua, Christopher Pilon and Christine (Pilon) Stevens, Bradley, Brian, Russell and Elizabeth Izzo; 11 great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth L. (Sanger) Izzo, son Anthony Izzo, brothers Dominic, Anthony, Frank, Joe and sisters Connie, Francesca, and Ann.

A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 10:00 am in the Ingraham Cemetery, Ingraham NY.
