CHAMPLAIN- Louise Bohannon, 70, of the Ridge Rd. Champlain passed away Monday, February 26, 2024 in Lake Placid.

She was born in Plattsburgh the daughter of Ernest and Blanche (Garrand) Rabideau.

She attended Northeastern Clinton Central School graduating in June of 1971.  In 1992 Louise married her Husband Harvey Bohannon.

Louise was a seamstress who took great pride in her work. In her spare time, she loved to be in her gardens and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her sons, Shawn and Stephanie Bourgeois of Champlain, Gary and Brandi Bourgeois of Mooers; Step daughters Cheryl (late husband John) Loiselle Swanton, Bonnie and Richard Paquette Alburg. Grandchildren Jordeyn and Tyller Bourgeois and Laila Bourgeois and Zakery Warren. Step grandchildren as well. Sisters Yvonne and Gil Jock, Doris and Howard Lamberton, Annette and Wayne Dupee, Brothers Jim Rabideau and companion Wayne Seeley, David and Bonnie Rabideau. Several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by both parents and Husband Harvey Bohannon.

A Graveside service will be held at a later date at St. Ann's Cemetery in Mooers Forks.
