MOOERS FORKS --- Marcia Rae Davison was granted her Angel wings to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 3, 2015. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, on August 10, 1947, the daughter of Seaton Thorne and Jeanne (Furst) Prickitt. Her final days were spent surrounded by her loving family that Marcia touched in many ways throughout her memorable life. Marcia enjoyed caring for others. She worked as a Certified Nursing Aide for several years assisting clients in their home, to later finishing up her career at Cedar Hedge Nursing Home. Then being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, she lived independently in her home with the care and support of her family, friends and home health aides. Marcia was a member of First Assembly of God Church and had a strong faith in the Lord. Her love of God flowed over into all the activities she enjoyed so much. Writing letters and sending cards to family and friends, taking care of her plants and flowers in her home. She loved animals and warmly cared for many over the years. Marcia was predeceased by her husband Bruce Davison, her second husband Joseph Wescott and her parents. Survivors include her daughters, Marcia Lisitski and Jeanne King; her stepsons Brent Davison, Brad Davison, and Bryce Davison; her sisters, Lois Carr and husband George , Holly DeTulleo and husband Rich; her brothers, Seaton Thorne and wife Tammy , and Stanley Prickitt and wife Allison; one grand-daughter, Christina LaPorte and husband Tony; and two great- granddaughters, Gemma and Wryah LaPorte; and stepchildren and families of Joseph Wescott; and many nieces and nephews.
