Marion Jolicoeur, 78, formerly of Plattsburgh, passed away, June 23, 2026.

She was born in Quiney, MA on November 3, 1947, daughter of Stanley C. and Leah (Swain) Murray.

Marion married Leo Jolicoeur and together they shared 46 years of marriage until his passing on March 21, 2017.

She worked for many years as a bus monitor with the Beekmantown School District and loved her time with the children.

Marion was known to be seen walking no matter whether it was shining, windy, or snowing, she never let anything stop her.

She especially loved to go to Maine and enjoy the beauty of the lighthouses, and also enjoyed needlework and crocheting in her spare time.

Survivors include her three children, Melissa (Carter) Favreau, Daniel (Emily) Jolicoeur, and Steven (Siobhan) Jolicoeur, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Marion will be laid to rest in Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston, MA, alongside her grandparents, parents, and brother.
