Marion E. Rivers, Servant to Christ Our Lord and Savior peacefully departed this world after a beautiful 92-year journey, reuniting with cherished loved ones who have gone before her-especially her beloved husband of 58 years, Frank. Since his passing in 2013, Frank has been Marion's guardian angel, and now they rejoice together for all eternity in the Kingdom of God.

Marion leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion through her family. She is survived by her daughter Cathy Liebold and her husband William, her daughter Sue Lavigne (whose late husband Richard is among those welcoming her in heaven), and her son Scott Rivers and his wife Wendy. Her spirit also graced the lives of her five grandchildren; Ed Liebold, Sarah Flemming and her husband Brian, Adam Rivers and his wife Lori, Brittany Locklin and her husband Ben, and Corey Rivers and his wife Stephanie.

Marion was also blessed with nine amazing great-grandchildren; Ivan, Olan, Adrian, Abigail, Sawyer, Theo, Savannah, Elliott, and Zach. Each of them carries a piece of her love and her prayers.

To all who were touched by her ever-giving spirit, Marion's absence will be deeply felt. Marion however in her selflessness would ask us to find comfort that she is now at peace, embraced by her Lord and Savior, surrounded by family and friends she longed to see again. She has returned to Frank's loving arms. Marion will remain a guardian angel to all who hold her dear until the day we are reunited. Amen, and God bless.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 10:00 at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Ingraham Cemetery.
