Oscar G. Rabideau, 86, formerly of Rabideau Street, Morrisonville, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Plattsburgh Rehabilitation Center.

He was born in Morrisonville, on June 30, 1937 the son of Oscar and Minnie (Miller) Rabideau.

Oscar attended school in Cadyville.

He was employed as a custodian by Marriot until his retirement.

Oscar enjoyed playing bingo and listening to music.

Survivors include his siblings , Jeanette Baker of Morrisonville, Diana Gordon of Morrisonville, Kenneth and (Barbara) Rabideau of Morrisonville, Thomas (Jane) Rabideau of Plattsburgh, Bernadette (John) Mashtare of Morrisonville, Sandra (Dennis) Heidelmark of Selkirk, NY, Larry (Debra) Rabideau of Morrisonville, Judy (Peter) Sorrell of Morrisonville and Terry (Heidi) Rabideau of Malone.

Oscar was predeceased by his parents, Oscar and Minnie Rabideau and one sister, Hildred Carter.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 from 9:00am to 10:30am at R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00am at St. James Church, in Cadyville. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
