Pamela J. Jarvis, 63, of Plattsburgh, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, November 28, 2025. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on November 20, 1962, the daughter of Donald Jarvis and Joanne Nephew.

Pam loved spending time with her family and seeing her great grandkids.

Survivors include her children, William Steady, Nicole Steady, and Robert Rock, Jr; her partner, Randy Devins; her sister, Karen Whitney (Michael Russell); grandchildren, Justin (Shelby) Steady, Dylan (Alysa "Izzie") Steady, Kaitlin Jarvis, and Brady Steady (Shyla Duval); as well as nine great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her mother, Joanne Mangum; step father, Gereld Mangum, Sr; and father, Donald Jarvis.

In honoring Pam's wishes, there will be no public services.
