Obituary

PLATTSBURGH- Patricia (Patti) A. Bell, 85, of Wildwood Estates, died peacefully while resting at home on Saturday, July 18th 2020.

Patti was born on September 15, 1934 in Zanesville Ohio, the daughter of Alva and Elsie (Huffman) Ball.

Patti was predeceased by her husband John W. Bell, whom she married December 18, 1954 in

Washington DC. Also she was predeceased by her siblings, Donald Ball, Thomas Ball and Juanita (Ball) McPeek.

Survivors include one son, John R. Bell, and his loving companion Cheryl Datkun; two daughters, Lynn A. (Bell) Seidel wife of Col. (Ret.) Rodger Seidel, and Jayna L. Bell;

four grandchildren, Jason Seidel , Holly Seidel, John  Bell (Cierra Bushey), and Sarah

(Bell) and Joe Rafe; two great-grandchildren, Owen Bell and Molly Bell.

Patti leaves behind a sister, Lena (Ball) Roffee, brother, Ronald Ball; several nieces and nephews.

Patti was a Former File Clerk File Reviewer at the Department of Justice, FBI Washington,   D.C. She was a loving supportive military wife and mother raising 3 children while stationed at the American Embassy in Baghdad, Irag, Cairo, Egypt and Rhine Main Germany.

Patti was the President of Wildwood Home owner's Association.

Graveside services will be private on Tuesday July 21, 2020, due to Covid 19 restrictions.

A Celebration of Life is planned for friends and family in the near future.
