Patricia L. Giandomenico, 90, of Rand Hill Road, Morrisonville, passed away on July 25, 2025 at the CVPH Medical Center with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Chazy, NY on June 6, 1935 the daughter of Leo and Beatrice (Rock) Trombly.

Patricia graduated from Chazy Rural Central School and went on to earn her Associates Degree.

She worked for Fay's Drug Store in Plattsburgh and also worked in Home Healthcare.

Survivors include two sons, Mark Giandomenico and Riad Maher and John Giandomenico and partner Melissa; daughter, Louann and husband John Perrotte; brother, Leon (Pauline) Trombly; grandchildren, Dustin Blockson, Brittany and husband Jayson Jones and Alyssa Giandomenico; two great-grandchildren, Rosalie and Elijah; several nieces and nephews; and dear family friend, Kelly Owen.

She was predeceased by her parents; Leo and Beatrice Trombly, husband, Frank Giandomenico; brother, Joe Trombly; sister, Caroline Tetreault and brother-in-law, Rene Tetreault.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Church in Chazy.

Burial will take place in the spring in the parish cemetery.
