Paul M. Benware, 68, passed away on April 21, 2026. He was born in Springfield, MA, on May 4, 1957 the son of Harwood and Pauline (Balboni) Benware.

Paul graduated from St. Matthew’s Classical High School and Holyoke Community College. He worked as a facilities manager for Benware and Company McDonald’s and also served in the United States Navy for one year. Paul married Debbe Thompson on March 12, 1996. He enjoyed collecting Sports Memorabilia and working in his perennial gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Debbe; sons, David (Melissa) Quaglietta, Vincent and Patty Quaglietta and Gregory Quaglietta; daughter, Sondra and Perry Sporn; brothers, Gary Benware, Mark (Ericka) Benware and Karl and Debbie Benware; grandchildren, Alex, Michelle, Christopher, David, Ashley, Micah, Liam, Sam, Gabby, Paige, Xavier, Elise, Michael and Amelia; seven great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Marie Olen; his brother, James Benware.

Honoring Paul’s wishes, there will be a Memorial Service at a later date.
