PERU--- Ralph A. Fequa, 74, formerly of Pleasant St., died Saturday January 9, 2010 at CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Staunton, VA, on April 26, 1935 the son of Frank and Melba (Johnson) Fequa. Arrangements are private at the convenience of the family, at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court St. Plattsburgh.
