PLATTSBURGH – Robert D. Annis, 63, of Fox Farm Road, passed away August 23, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Plattsburgh on December 23, 1954, the son of Floyd and Margaret (Russell) Annis.

Robert was a "jack of all trades" and enjoyed tackling any new challenge given to him. He loved to tinker with cars, listen to classic rock and playing cards with family and friends.

Survivors include his children, William Annis, Joshua Annis, Amie Kirby, and Sherry Hamm; one sister, Laurie Milewski; six grandchildren, Heather Kirby, Misty Kirby, Andrew Kirby, Christopher McKenna, Amanda McKenna, and Adriana Hamm; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert was predeceased by his parents; one brother, Floyd Annis; and one granddaughter, Heidi Anne Kirby.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
