PLATTSBURGH – Robert S. Delisle, Sr., (Papa) 73, of Overlook Circle, passed away on March 1, 2022 at his home.

He was born in Plattsburgh on June 1, 1948 the son of Stanley and Beulah (Furnia) Delisle.

Robert was predeceased by his wife of 46 years, Rose Delisle; his parents, Stanley Delisle and his mom, Beulah and her husband, Homer Furnia.

He is survived by his brother, Larry Furnia and his companion, Bonnie Gonyo; sisters, Linda Furnia and Barbara Delisle; children Robert Delisle, Jr. and his wife Kimberly, Bobby Delisle, Jason Delisle and his wife, Christine and Pebbles Bacon and her husband, Robert; grandchildren, Austin Delisle and Destiny Burkett, Natosha Delisle and James Agnew, Greg Delisle, Cassandra Delisle, Kaitlyn Delisle, Dawson Blandin, Wade Bacon, Orion Bacon, Anastasia Bacon, Alyza and Tyler Newnan, Makayla Long, Phil Long and Cooper and Aiden Delisle; great-grandchildren, Bailey and Amelia Agnew, Sophia Delisle, Ryan Long, Esmae and Axel Newman, Rylee and Renezmae Shelton; adopted daughters, Krista Shelton and Wendy Senecal, longtime friend, Donald Blanchard and several nieces and nephews.

On behalf of the whole family we would like to thank Robert Bacon, Pebbles Bacon and Dawson Blandin for all that you three have done for Papa. No words can describe how much we appreciate what you did day in and day out, we love you with all of our hearts.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 4 to 6 pm at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh.

Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery in Mooers Forks.
