CADYVILLE— Ronald W. Mease, 76, of Hardscrabble Road, passed away, Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the CVPH Medical Center.

He was born in Canton, NC on May 18, 1943 the son of Weldon and Mary Ethel (Rogers) Mease.

Ronald graduated from Bethel High School in Canton, NC in 1961 and joined the Air Force. He was honorably discharged in 1966 and became a civilian employee retiring as a Duputy Civil Engineer at Plattsburgh Air Force Base in 1998.

Ronald married Annis Everleth on November 25, 1964 at the Cadyville Wesleyan Church.

He was a member of the Cadyville Wesleyan Church where he was a Sunday School Teacher, Church Board Member and Treasurer for over 40 years

Ronald enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and golf.

Survivors include his wife, Annis Mease of Cadyville; two sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Morgan and Brenda Mease; brother-in-law, Claude Morgan; nieces, Michele (Shelby) Wright and Valarie (Tyson) Drown; great nephews, Jordan, Jarett (Kaylee), Nicholas and Cale; great niece Emma; great-great nieces, Harper and Isabelle and a great-great nephew, Dexter.

He was predeceased by his parents, brother, Carroll Mease; sister, Mary Kathleen Mease and his father and mother-in-law, Ralph and Isabell Everleth.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 13, 2020 from 4 to 6 at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh.

Followed by a funeral service at 6 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be in the spring in the Cadyville Protestant Cemetery.
