SARANAC - Sally Scarborough, 80, of Saranac, died Saturday, January 16, 2021, of complications of diabetes at CVPH.

She was born October 25, 1940 the daughter of Oscar F. and M. Louise (Jones) MacDonald.

Sally was a member of Saranac United Methodist Church, serving many posts within the organization, including at one time being a certified Lay Speaker of the Upper New York Conference. She enjoyed working at the annual rummage sales, needlework, and cross-country traveling.

Survivors included her 5 children. Joel and his wife Lisa Scarborough of Redford, Russell and his wife Donna Scarborough of Schuyler falls, Kathleen Scarborough and her fiancée Walter Rizzie of Saranac, Kevin Scarborough and his girlfriend Debbie of Las Vegas, NV, Lynn J. and his wife Lynne Scarborough of Peru; 2 granddaughters Zaneysha Scarborough of Mossy Rock, WA., Rachael Scarborough of Saranac; 6 bonus grandchildren, David, Aidan, Regan, Jennifer, Elisa, LeeAnn; 2 bonus great-grandchildren, Lily and Maya; sister Patricia Eggleston of Saranac, brother Robert and his wife Monica MacDonald of Saranac, and her sister-in-law, Donna Nelsen and her husband Roberto Fidalgo of Mission Viejo, CA, brother-in-law Jack Duegaw of Stafford VA; many loved nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, her husband James W. Scarborough, her daughter Deborah L Scarborough, her granddaughter Nicole Baker Scarborough, and her sister Janette Duegaw.
