PLATTSBURGH – Scott "Pudge" Drollette, 58, of Twin Circle, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, May 5, 2019 at his home.
He was born in Plattsburgh on July 12, 1960 the son of Hugh and Irene (Garsow) Drollette.
Scott graduated from Dannemora High School. He worked for several years as an Industrial Superintendent and retired from Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora.
Scott loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed photography, watching "The Bruins" and "The Reds" and sharing all of these things on Facebook.
Survivors include, four sons, Nicholas and Julie Drollette of Geneseo, NY, Nathaniel and Kaitlin Drollette of Buffalo, NY, Matthew Drollette of Dannemora and Kalob and Rebecca Drollette of Plattsburgh; companion, Kathleen Wyckoff; brother, Hugh and Eva Drollette of Saranac; sisters, Georgette and Richard Couture of Dannemora, Linda Drollette of Dannemora, Brenda Kramer of Dannemora, Jackie Ryan of Cadyville, Shirley Drollette of Saranac, Bernadette and Gary Hart of Dannemora and Andrea and Scott Bosworth of Dannemora; grandchildren, Cooper, Cordelia, Jackson, William, and Jakob Drollette and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents; nephew, Scott Bracken; brother, Walter Drollette; sisters, Barbara Bracken and Jenny Dumas; and brothers-in-law, Patrick Ryan, Sr., and Richard Dumas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 9th at 1:00 p.m. in St. Joseph's Church in Dannemora.
Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Center for Liver Disease at The University of Rochester Medical Center.
