Shirley A. Cramer, 89, of Plattsburgh, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024.

She was born June 6, 1934, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Pearl Cramer.

She graduated from Plattsburgh High School in 1952 and the Loretta Business Institute in 1953.

Miss Cramer was employed by the Plattsburgh City School District as a stenographer and was secretary to the administration at Plattsburgh High School for 35 years, retiring in 1992.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Plattsburgh for over 70 years. She served on the advisory board of Sacred Heart Nursing Home (now Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center) and on the Ad-Hoc Committee for the City of Plattsburgh.

Miss Cramer is survived by nephew, Gary Fournier and family of East Windsor, NJ and niece, Glenda Jacks and family of Wilmington, NC.

She was predeceased by nephew, Glen Matott.

A Memorial Service to honor Shirley will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the First Presbyterian Church in Plattsburgh. A reception will follow at the church.
