MORRISONVILLE - Susan Conine died unexpectedly on Saturday, September 17, at her home in Morrisonville, NY.  Her husband and son were at her side when she passed.

Sue was born September 28, 1948 in Margaretville, NY.  She graduated from Margaretville Central School in 1966 and continued her education at Mildred Elly Secretarial School in Albany.  She worked as a Senior Stenographer for the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles before moving to Plattsburgh to be with her future husband, Michael Conine.  Mike and Susan were married December 27, 1969.  She worked for several years at the SUNY Plattsburgh personnel office and later for the Clinton County STOPDWI Program and the county personnel office.

Sue was a naturally talented artist, a trait which she passed along to her children.  She loved cooking and baking and looked forward to weekly Zumba with friends.  She also maintained frequent contact with her retired work colleagues from the personnel office.

Susan was predeceased by her parents Donald and Phyllis (Bellows) Dickman of Margaretville, NY and her two sisters, Myra Dickman, and Joan Miller.  She is survived by her husband Michael of Morrisonville;  two children, Michael Conine Jr. of Plattsburgh, and Myra (Jim) Tyndall of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania;  and one brother, Robert Dickman of Colorado.

Calling hours will be Thursday, September 22 ^nd from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home on Court St. in Plattsburgh. Interment and committal service will be at a later date at the family plot in the Andes Cemetery, Andes, NY.
