Saranac--- Suzanne Renee Davis, of Route 3, Saranac, passed away unexpectedly and prematurely at her home, Saturday, March 16, 2019.

Suzanne was born in Plattsburgh, on April 4, 1966, the second and youngest daughter of Richard and Patricia (MacDonald) Allinson.

A graduate of Saranac Central High School, Sue decided later in life that she would enter college and pursue a career in the medical world. Outstanding achievements and encouragement from her professors led her to degrees in phlebotomy and Laboratory technology. Internship was spent mostly at the Saranac Lake General/Lake Placid Hospital. She was previously employed at the Adirondack Medical Practice in Peru, with Dr. Andrew Poletti and was presently employed, at the Small Town Health Care in Plattsburgh, with Jennifer Facteau-Rabideau.

Suzanne and Kenneth L. Davis were married in Russell, New York, on October 20, 1984, so that his aging grandmother might attend.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Davis of Saranac; two son, Christopher Lee Davis of Russell, and Matthew James of Saranac; her mother, Patricia A. Eggleston, of Saranac; a brother, Andrew J. Allinson, of Saranac; a sister and brother-in-law, Diane and George Dumas of Titusville, FL; nephew, Luke Richard Dumas of Lockwood, NY; and several cousins.

Sue will also be missed by her four legged friends, Shemp, Lillie, Sir Richard, Ragnar and Frejya, Babe, Peanut and Butter, Copper and Kohl and Goat; her beloved groups of Navajo-Churro, Tunis sheep and an adopted loveable goat.

She was predeceased by her father, Richard C. Allinson and stepmother, Marion "Mim" (Baker) Allinson.

At her request, there will be no formal services at this time.

Donations may be made in her memory to some kind and efficient friends at the Saranac Veterinary Clinic, 3900 State Rt. 3, Saranac, NY 12981.
