PLATTSBURGH- Terrance L. Cartier, 72, of Baltimore Way, passed away Monday, February 7, 2022 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

He was born in Fort Covington on September 10, 1949 the son of Leo and Marie (Jeanette Beaudin) Cartier, Sr.

Terrance graduated from Salmon River High School, then received his Bachelor's from Plattsburgh State and his Master's from Potsdam State. He retired from teaching at Franklin Correctional Facility in Malone.

He married former Janice Marie Spinner on September 1, 1973 in Constable, NY.

Terrrance took great pride in his lawn and enjoy going for walks, karaoke, and spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include, his wife Janice Cartier of Plattsburgh; daughters, Lorrie Cartier of Plattsburgh, Erica Barcomb of Massena, NY, Mindy Cartier of Madrid, NY; brother, Randy and Heidi Cartier of Fort Covington, NY; sister, Bonita Pelliccione of Winooski, VT; sister-in-law Debbie Cartier of Fort Covington; several nieces and nephews.

Terrance was predeceased by his parents, and a brother, Leo Cartier, Jr.

Services will be private for the family.
