Todd Charles Lawrence (Latour), aged 61, passed away on November 6, 2024, in Plattsburgh, NY, where he was also born on January 19, 1963.
Known for his free-spirited nature and generous heart, Todd was an exceptional father and friend, always ready to lend a helping hand.
Todd dedicated his professional life to Carpentry and Masonry. His work was not just a job but a passion, reflected in every project he undertook.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Todd was an avid outdoorsmen, embracing hobbies that connected him with nature and sports. He was passionate about fishing, the beach ,baseball, and camping, and he held a special love for hockey. Indoors, he could often be found watching "Jeopardy!" or diligently solving the crossword in the Press-Republican, a testament to his love for challenges and learning. These simple pleasures brought great joy to Todd's life.
He is survived by his loving family including, his mother, Carol Webster and her longtime companion, Bill Comeau; his sons, Garrick Clark and Cody Waite; his daughters Ashley Martinez and Hope McCarthy; his grandson, Garrick Clark Jr.; granddaughters, Abigail Vaughan and Selena Martinez; a niece Whitney Lawrence and her children. Todd also leaves behind many cherished Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Eric Lawrence, and many beloved relatives.
A Mass and Burial for Todd's life will be held at St. Peter's Chapel, 114 Cornelia Street Plattsburgh NY, 12901 on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 1:30 pm.
A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at Good Thymes Pub and Grub, 34 Skyway Plaza Plattsburgh NY, 12901 from 3:30 pm to 6:30pm. All family and friends are welcomed to attend and share in remembering Todd's vibrant life.
In lieu of donations that can be made to The Natural Heritage Trust to support causes that were important to Todd. His generosity and spirit of helping others will continue.
