PLATTSBURGH - On the 4th of October 2019, Virginia Faye Stafford "Gram", peacefully walked into the loving arms of the Lord. She was born in West Virginia on June 26, 1938 and was 81 years old. Virginia has lived in Plattsburgh for the last 10 years with her son, Dickie and his wife Carol. She was predeceased by her husband, David Stafford.

Virginia worked in the home and loved to take care of the garden and family. She was loving mom, wife and grandmother.

Virginia is survived by her sons and their spouses, Dickie and Carol Brown of Plattsburgh, Greg and Jenelle Brown of Florida, and Gerry and Carmey Brown of North Carolina. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Scott and his wife Anika Clausen of Redford and Nick and his wife Nicole Brown of Plattsburgh; and her great-grandchildren, Scotty, Noah, and Gabe Clausen and Alexis Brown.

Virginia was loved by all of her extended family, especially her caregivers, Connie and Emil Martin of Plattsburgh. She will be greatly missed.

Virginia will be buried in West Virginia along side her loving husband David.

There will be a memorial service here in Plattsburgh for her at a later date.
