William "David" Martin, 65, passed away unexpectedly in June 2026 in Plattsburgh, New York. He was born in Huntingdon, PA on April 9, 1961, to William Martin and Barbara Martin (Brogan).

Dave was many things throughout his life: a business owner, a musician, and most importantly, a father. He loved to play the guitar and read, and kept a large library of books and music. Dave cared greatly about the future of the world and took it upon himself to influence others for the better. Despite life's challenges, he always kept moving and had friends all over. He will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his children, Austin Martin, Olivia Boyette, Nicole Martin, Josh Martin, and Zeke Martin; his companion of 24 years, Jacqueline Boyette; his sister Andra Steuerman; several nieces and nephews; and several grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Barbara.
